PRICES

A. Zedrox Technologies offers prices in USD, GBP and AUS Dollars depending on the country the customer lives in.
B. Any sort of taxes due shall be borne by Customer with regard to Zedrox Technologies except for taxes on Zedrox Technologies income.

Order Acceptance

Any order by customers is subject to acceptance by Zedrox Technologies. An order will be deemed to have been accepted by Zedrox Technologies only if any written acknowledgement/confirmation of the order will be sent to the Customer using any form of communication. Once the customer deposits the payment, these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be accepted by the customer. Any order may be delayed or refused to accept with reasonable notice to the customer via any means of communication. We may refuse to accept order on the grounds if any condition we might have choose to impose shall not have been fulfilled.

Payment

The currency, in which the Payment shall be made in, will be decided by Zedrox Technologies into the account designated by Zedrox Technologies., or as may otherwise be agreed in writing by the parties. Payment must reach Zedrox Technologies within 5 working days from the receipt of invoice unless otherwise mutually decided either in writing or on the invoice. Zedrox Technologies shall re-invoice any payment, if received payment will be lesser than the invoiced amount due to any transfer free imposed by bank, or the like. If any account remains unpaid after 10 days of presentation of invoice, Zedrox Technologies may discontinue or suspend all or any service that may be running during that time or is expected to start in the near future. Zedrox Technologies will not be responsible for loss of business or goodwill resulting from the discontinuation or suspension of Services due to unpaid accounts.

Property Rights

Customers can use all Services offered by Zedrox Technologies under the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement. All design and development projects shall remain the copyright and property of Zedrox Technologies until full payment would have been received by Zedrox Technologies for the provision of services. On the receipt of full payment by Zedrox Technologies, customer receives all the rights of the project produced by Zedrox Technologies. with exception that any design or development services that were not the copyright or property of Zedrox Technologies may or may not remain the copyright and property of the original writer or which has been produced for purposes other than the provision of Services, or which are subject to a license agreement.

Disputes

Zedrox Technologies shall try best to resolve any dispute(s) arising due to breach of this agreement without formal proceeding. However, any dispute which could not be resolved shall be subject of arbitration upon written demand of either party.

Domain Name Registration

On request of customer and after the full payment including registration fee would have been made by the customer, Zedrox Technologies. will acquire Domain Name on behalf of Customer. A Domain shall be registered on notification in writing from the customer.

Withdrawal Of Services On Legal Grounds

Zedrox Technologies.  may refuse to accept, withdraw or restrict any services and/or access rights which Zedrox Technologies. believe may be used for illegal, abusive, unethical, pornographic or immoral purposes. Zedrox Technologies. will not be responsible for any illegal use of its services. Zedrox Technologies. may accept projects only after determining which material, products, services or other website content is and is not abusive, unethical, pornographic or immoral.

Entire Agreement; Modifications

Zedrox Technologies. reserves the right to make changes to this agreement and may make any changes to this agreement notifying customers 7-10 days prior to making changes. Customers may utilize services of Zedrox Technologies. after reading through the agreement carefully.
